How do the lights work with the music?

 Well the short explaination is the lights hook up to a computer controller that tells them when to come on and off well the music plays.  The music then plays in your car over a low power fm transmitter. 

Now for the long explanation.  I purchased some hardware and software from a company called Light-o-rama that controls and helps me program everything.  The software looks much like a spreadsheet.  It has all the lights broke down in rows on the left and time broke down in 1/10th seconds on the top.  I then pick a song I want to do and go through the song telling the lights when to come on and off. This process can take about 3-4 hrs. on a average song.  The songs are then saved to a SD card which plugs in to a control box.  This control box then tells the lights when to come on and off during the show.
